Our Chefs de Cuisine have developed an extensive Banquet Menu to offer you a wide selection of meals. Custom meals may also be designed for your group.

Fairmont has a large outdoor barbecue area, perfect for a western barbecue under the Big Sky. Nearby sand volleyball courts, basketball hoops, horseshoe pits, and children’s playground will allow your group to enjoy the great Montana outdoors while Fairmont’s staff prepares a delicious barbecue lunch or dinner for you.
