Resposible for all food production for restaurants, banquet functions and other outlets. Must be able to develop menus and recipes. Supervise and train staff. Scheduling. Develop and monitor food and labor budget for the department. Maintain highest professional food quality and sanitation standards for the resort.
Full-time 40 hours/week.
Salary depends on experience.
