Queen Guest Room! RENOVATIONS AND IMPROVEMENTS When was the last time you were at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort? Over the last two years we've been improving, modernizing and updating the resort to enhance your experience. It's true, and here is what you will find the next time you arrive at Fairmont Hot Springs Resort. GUEST ROOMS RECEIVE NEW, MODERN LOOK Our guest rooms received a new look. Each room has new carpeting, paint, furniture, drapes and white duvets with coordinating runners and pillows. Each room has its own mini-fridge and microwave. FRONT DESK AND LOBBY GET NEW LOOK Our Front Desk received a whole new look with new, elegant granite counter tops and a new L-shape design. Our Lobby received new carpeting, leather and upholstery furniture and a four sided fireplace has been installed. EXECUTIVE BOARDROOM The final touches have been completed to our Executive Boardroom. Our boardroom is 100% remodeled with new cherry wood and leather furniture, carpeting, paint, crown molding and 32" flat screen TV's. Starting on November 15, a complete audio/visual upgrade to fully modernize our system. We will be "state of the art", it will include: four electric screens and LCD Projectors will be mounted from the ceiling. PAVILION Last year we opened a new outdoor pavilion, perfect for a romantic outdoor wedding or a relaxing outdoor barbecue. This 2,450 square foot facility can host large outdoor functions and is capable of accommodating live music, while providing protection from unexpected weather. The pavilion is located in our north barbecue area and is surrounded by large trees, beautiful shrubs and sits over gorgeous acid washed concrete. POOLSIDE DINING Our poolside patio has been transformed into an outdoor extension of our dining room, where you can enjoy your favorite meal, poolside. The patio is complete with fire tables for added atmosphere. The poolside patio is also available for private parties. NEW CARPETING New carpeting has been installed which complements our new oak trim in our lobby and corridors. FAIRMONT'S LANDSCAPING PROJECT This summer we completed a three-year landscaping improvement project resort wide. This spring we completed the third round of landscaping improvements in our front parking lot with trees, shrubs, flowers and river rock. New landscaping is also complete poolside, on our poolside patio and in our park, just west of the resort MINIATURE GOLF Fairmont just recently added a miniature golf course which is located adjacent to our tennis court. POOL BAR Just recently we opened a pool bar located at the outdoor pool, the bar features tropical drinks, fruit smoothies, margaritas, water, beer, wine and gatorade. Cool off in the heat with one of our fabulous drinks. SHADE STRUCTURES Shade structures have been added at the outdoor pool which complements our landscaping as well as creating shade that is comfortable in the heat of the day. COMING IN SPRINGS 2012!
