There may be a two night minimum stay during holiday periods, holiday weekends or long weekends. All guest rooms, studios, and suites are smoke-free accommodations.

2008 Rate Schedule

Winter/Spring Season: January 1 - May 22, 2008
Summer Season: May 23 - August 31, 2008 (**Rates Vary from July 10, 11, 12 & 13)
Fall Season: September 1 - December 18, 2008
Christmas Season: December 19 - December 30, 2008
New Year’s Eve: December 31 (*Rate includes entertainment/party access)

Room Types

Fairmont Hot Springs Resort has 153 rooms, 22 of which are suites with mini fridge/microwave or fully equipped kitchens. Our Special Occasion Suite “Suite 1” is a two story suite with a two person hot tub and a spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom. Fairmont’s variety of suites will sleep from two people in our Special Occasion or Studio Suite up to eight people in our 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite with full kitchen.

Fairmont’s spacious guest rooms will comfortably accommodate a family. Each room and suite has wireless high speed internet access, a telephone with dataport, 27" TV with Lodgenet/Nintendo, AM/FM radio, coffee maker, and a private bath. Handicapped rooms are also available. Two elevators service the three story resort. All guest rooms, studios, and suites are designated non-smoking.

Suite 1 (Sleeps 2) •
Suite 1 is Fairmont’s special occasion suite for honeymoons, anniversaries, special occasions or your VIP. The two level suite includes a living room with remote television, hot tub for two, dining area, mini-fridge, microwave, and bathroom on the lower level. A spiral staircase leads to the upper level where you will find a king bedroom with a remote television and full bathroom. Includes a bottle of champagne, two Fairmont champagne flutes, cheese and crackers and 2 half session waterslide passes upon arrival.  Image - Suite 1

Suite 3 (Sleeps 1-6) •
Suite 3 is newly remodeled and is one of our larger suites, great for a family or convention VIP. The suite contains 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed and television, plus two full bathrooms. Living/dining area includes a queen sofa/sleeper, 60" plasma TV, dining set, microwave, and mini-refrigerator.  Image - Suite 3

SUITE 112 (Sleeps 1-4) •
Suite 112 is conveniently located on the main floor. The living room has one queen sofa/sleeper, recliner, chair/ottoman, television, dining table, microwave, and mini-refrigerator. The bedroom has a king bed, television and full bathroom.

SUITE 203 (Sleeps 1-4) •
Suite 203 has a living room with one queen sofa/sleeper, recliner, chair/ottoman, television, dining table, microwave, and mini-fridge. The bedroom has a king bed, television and full bathroom.  Image - Suite 203

SUITE 304 (Sleeps 1-8) •
Suite 304 is a two bedroom, 2½ bath suite. The living room has a queen sofa/sleeper, remote television, dining table, microwave, mini-refrigerator, and half bath. Both bedrooms have two queen beds, television and a full bathroom.  Image - Suite 304

• = have indoor access to the restaurants, lounge and our four naturally heated hot springs pools. These suites are not equipped with dishes or utensils for cooking.

Studio Suite (Sleeps 1-2) • •
The Efficiency Studio Suite has one queen bed, two easy chairs, one bathroom, full size kitchen appliances, dining room table with chairs and television with remote.  Image - Studio Suite

One Bedroom Suite (Sleeps 1-4) • •
The one bedroom, one bath suite has a king bed in the bedroom, queen sofa/sleeper in the living room, full size kitchen appliances, dining table with chairs, and a television in both living room and bedroom.  Image - One Bedroom Suite

One Bedroom Suite* (Sleeps 1-4) • •

One Bedroom Suite (Sleeps 1-6) • •
This one bedroom, two bath suite has two queen beds in the bedroom, queen sofa/sleeper in the living room, full size kitchen appliances, dining table with chairs, and a television in both living room and bedroom.  Image - One Bedroom/Two Bath Suite

Two Bedroom Suite (Sleeps 1-8) • •
The two bedroom, two bath suite has two queen beds in one bedroom, one king bed in other bedroom, queen sofa/sleeper in living room, full size kitchen appliances, dining table and chairs, and a television in each bedroom and living room.   Image - Two Bedroom Suite

•• = suites with full kitchen (dishwasher, range, oven, microwave, full size refrigerator and fully stocked with dishes and cookware). Most suites have a balcony with a gas grill. All suites have indoor access to the restaurants, lounge and our four naturally heated hot springs pools. There is a laundry room available with coin operated washers and dryers.

NOTE: There is a 7% lodging tax in Montana.

Rollaways available for a $15.00 per night fee. Cribs available at no charge. Please reserve rollaways and cribs in advance.

General Policies

Reservations
Deposit equal to first nights lodging or credit card guarantee required for all reservations.

Cancellation
Rooms not cancelled 72 hours in advance will be charged the full rate. Reservations during the following holiday seasons or weekends require a 7 day cancellation notice - President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year seasons.

Check In
Check in time is 3:00 pm.

Check Out
Check out time is 11 am.

Occupancy may not exceed 5 persons in a standard guest room.

All guest rooms, studios, and suites are designated smoke-free accommodations. There is a $100 cleaning charge if it is determined that a guest has smoked in a room, studio or suite.

No pets permitted in the resort. We would be happy to refer you to pet boarding facilities in Butte or Anaconda.
